Experiencing a crisis can prove to be a very difficult time, however, it can also be a turning point in your life. You are not alone. Our desire is to empower you to carefully consider your future by providing factual information regarding your options. The CareNet Pregnancy Center & Medical Clinic offers the following services free of charge:

	Free Pregnancy Tests
	Limited medical services
	Factual information on pregnancy, adoption, pregnancy termination
	A safe, confidential environment to discuss one's feelings
	Referrals for medical care, legal aid, housing and other helpful services
	Educational classes include prenatal, nutrition and newborn baby care
	Programs for mothers-to-be
	On-going one-on-one support
	Life-affirming choices
	Men's Services
	Post-Abortion, Miscarriage, Pregnancy Loss Counseling
	Car Seat Program
	Emergency assessment of individual situations to meet short-term needs which may include food, clothing or housing

All services are confidential and free of charge.

Is there an income requirement for your services?

All our services are free of charge and are not based on income.

How are you able to offer all your services free of charge?

Our services are free of charge because we are funded by the generous donations of caring individuals and foundations.

Do you offer Sonograms?

We can perform Sonograms at no cost.

Do we have any baby clothes or furniture?

Baby items and layettes may be earned through our Baby Bucks Program.

Do you offer any rental/housing assistance?

We refer you to organizations and locations where you can get assistance.

What should I do if I cannot make my appointment?

Please call with as much advanced notice as possible to reschedule your appointment
